Tom Nevin is a litigation specialist.  Tom qualified in Queensland in 2008 and has worked in private practice at leading Australian national and top-tier firms. 

Tom has also worked in the UK in private practice at UK and international firms where he worked on various multi-million GBP and USD High Court claims, international arbitrations, insolvencies and restructurings.  Tom qualified in England & Wales in 2019.  Tom has also undertaken numerous in-house roles and secondments in several international companies.

Tom brings a wealth of knowledge to any contentious matter. Tom’s strategic mindset allows for effective strategies to assist businesses with gaining commercial solutions.

In the unlikely event Tom has a bit of free time he will most likely be found fishing or training Jiu Jitsu.
