Terry has worked in the legal sector for over 36 years, bringing a mixture of top tier and in-house experience from leading Australian organisations. Terry enjoys building lasting client relationships and takes pride in delivering practical, commercially sound advice on even the most complex property matters.
After 8 years with top tier firm Minter Ellison, Terry spent 15 years in-house with ASX 200 company Cromwell Property Group, before going on to hold long-term roles with small to medium sized development companies, an Aged Care Group, and boutique law firms. This diverse career path has given Terry a rare, well-rounded perspective on property law — from large-scale institutional transactions to the practical realities faced by developers and operators.
Terry brings extensive experience across all areas of property law, real estate development and finance, and is known for his hands-on, detail-driven approach to complex property transactions.
