Graduate Lawyer (Full-Time, Brisbane CBD)

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our senior lawyers to gain invaluable support for your first initial year's practicing. This role will provide you with a range of experience from employment to commercial to litigation matters, we believe in helping you find your strengths. We are a growing firm and you will be coming in at the ground floor. There will be significant opportunities to make the position your own and have direct client access from the outset.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team to handle corporate and transactional matters.

Provide accurate and thorough legal advice to clients.

Under supervision, draft and review commercial, corporate, employment, and construction contracts.

Excellent communication with clients and providing them thorough assistance for all their needs
Skills and Qualifications:

Strong legal research and application skills.

Expertise in drafting and reviewing commercial or construction contracts.

Solid understanding of legal compliance and corporate issues.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Juris Doctor or Bachelor of Laws degree.

Up to 2 years PQE with admission to practice law in Queensland or towards the completion of your PLT.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Principal Lawyer while managing your own matters and assisting our growing client base. You’ll play a vital role in mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the team’s overall success. While working independently in Sydney, you’ll stay connected daily with our Brisbane-based team and contribute to the firm’s continued growth.
Responsibilities:

Work unsupervised on complex corporate/M&A transactions.

Assist in developing and expanding the Sydney client base.

Skills and Qualifications:
