Scott has worked in the legal sector for over 18 years, and has a mixture of top tier and in-house experience from world leading, high performing organisations. Scott enjoys developing strong relationships with his clients and thrives on resolving complex legal challenges in a commercial and cost efficient manner. Scott regularly briefs and advises senior executives and stakeholders on legal matters impacting their business interests. After working with top tier law firm Ashurst Australia, and then in-house with Boeing Australia and Aurizon Holdings as an Associate General Counsel, Scott knew the time was right to bring his unique blend of highly developed corporate legal skills coupled with a deep understanding of how to provide concise and direct legal counsel to leading Australian executives and businesses. Scott has broad experience and can advise your business on almost all aspects of its commercial operations where legal support is required, including corporate advisory, private acquisitions and divestments, industrial relations and employment, IT and technology, construction, ESG, litigation, major asset procurement, real estate and safety. Tameah Lewis

Tameah has been practising for the past year, specifically supporting clients within employment and commercial law. Tameah has assisted clients with a range of commercial and employment matters ranging from business to business transactions, general procurement contracts, consultancy and management agreements, employment contracts, redundancy and terminations, privacy complaints, workplace surveillance and workplace health and safety advice. Tameah is focused on providing clients with proactive support and personalised attention at every stage of the legal process, taking pride in assisting clients to achieve commercially savvy outcomes. Marlon Camacho

Marlon is the newest member of our team. He has extensive experience assisting numerous clients in civil litigation matters, covering a wide range of areas, including insurance claims, banking disputes, negligence, contract law, construction law, and insolvency issues.
Marlon has represented clients in various courts and tribunals throughout Queensland and has appeared before both the Federal Court and the Federal Circuit Court.
His experience includes acting on behalf of clients in the following matters:

Lidia Vicca, Principal of Vicca Law.Lidia has more than 10 years of experience working in large law firms on complex legal matters across multiple jurisdictions. Lidia is focused on helping individuals and businesses with their legal needs, with a view to helping them achieve their goals. Lidia has worked on contractual disputes, procurement, employment, judicial review, insolvency, energy and resources, disputes arising from tax audits and commissions of inquiry.Lidia runs her own very successful practice and can be reached directly. Gibson MacNeill also engage Lidia when clients will benefit from Lidia’s particular expertise with litigation matters, conveyancing and wills and estates.
Lena Johnston
Practice Manager
Lena Johnston is a shareholder of Gibson MacNeill Lawyers and has more than 20 years of experience working in executive finance roles in large organisations including Boeing, Toll Logistics and Motorola. Lena is responsible for the customer experience, finance and accounts with Gibson MacNeill. She also manages payroll, compliance and is focused on supporting Gibson MacNeill's lawyers, so that the lawyers can in-turn focus on delivering for our client base. Her primary role is overseeing financial aspects of the firm, manages accounts payable and receivable and is an extra set of eyes to ensure our business of law stays on track. Lena holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce majoring in Accounting and she is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
