Marlon has extensive experience assisting numerous clients in civil litigation matters, covering a wide range of areas, including insurance claims, banking disputes, negligence, contract law, construction law, and insolvency issues.

Marlon has represented clients in various courts and tribunals throughout Queensland and has appeared before both the Federal Court and the Federal Circuit Court.

His experience includes acting on behalf of clients in the following matters:

• Defending claims against solicitors concerning legal fees

• Initiating proceedings against solicitors for negligence

• Pursuing claims against foreign banks for negligence and breach of contract

• Defending claims brought against individuals by construction companies

• Drafting statutory demands for unpaid corporate debts

• Defending claims against sellers in residential property disputes

In addition to his litigation practice, Marlon has several years of experience as a tax and corporate lawyer and is currently undertaking a Graduate Diploma of Applied Taxation from the Tax Institute of Australia.
